Acting Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama conducts a sudden inspection to the office of Tebet Sub-District, South Jakarta, Tuesday (6/10) morning.
While wearing black floral batik shirt, he arrived at the office around 7.30 AM. Basuki then immediately checks services and give guidance to the sub-district head and the mayor about the One-Roof Integrated Service (PTSP).

According to him, this is not efficient. This is because not all service employees have the same workload. "For instance, the most widely filing is about population and civil registration, thus many employees who served in employment section are daze. Surely, it would burdensome employees serve in population and civil registration section," he explained.
He revealed that the service should follow the bank system. With minimal human resources, the service can serve all the problems. "In the bank, there only 3 people, even the security has involved Satpol PP. But all problems can be served, and we'll make the same system," he exclaimed.
He wants to the service employees in the sub-district can provide any service problems. "We're going to train various things, thus all the problems are no longer managed by 1 section. I think I will make 3 shift," he explained.
Basuki assessed anyone can conduct the same thing. It could be realized as long as there are strong willingness and training. "If someone can operate computer and want to serve everyone. I believe he/she can do it," he said.
For sub-district head, he furthered, should have good managerial skills. The whole problem must be mastered, especially those in its region. "Every sub-district head must know and able to solve all problems in their region," he stressed.
